This wine is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, deep crimson in color. It is bold and complex yet not agressive in the mouth. It displays characteristics of cherry, blackberry, anise and cocoa that fill your mouth and result in a supple finish of complex flavors.

Our delicate Cameo is Vernaccia (Bianchetta Trevigiano), an ancient grape know in the Veneto region of Italy since the 1500's and associated with the town of San Gimignano in Tuscany. The structure is soft, the wine crisp and clean. It refreshes the mouth with tastes of green apple, green pear, and a subtle hint of grapefruit.
This soft and subtle wine was its own creation. We harvested our three red varietals at almost the same time, making it possible to create a “blend at fermentation” of Cabernet Sauvignon (34%) Merlot (33%) and Sangiovese (33%). This wine is unique as we have not had the climatic conditions to produce it since 2005.
Floral essence with a candied sweet aroma, a hint of spice and medium tannins, make this wine a real food compliment. A blend at fermentation of Sangiovese and Merlot with just a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon has produced a wine with great continuity in the mouth and a refreshing tang in the finish.
This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. Our No. 5 is luscious and powerful. Bold characteristics of dried cherry, plum, and toasted hazelnuts fill your palate coating the mouth with velvety tannins as aromas of blackberry, coco and sweet spices tantilize your senses.
Sa Va is a Merlot, made in the French tradition. This seductive wine is filled with layers of black cherry, roasted coffee and sage. Red currant carries over from the nose to the palate and the backbone of the wine is framed by focused, integrated tannins, finishing with depth and rich fruit.
Sangiovese is the premier grape of Tuscany. Our Sangiovese is filled with subtle characteristics of strawberry cream, vanilla and spice. This wine is made for an Italian feast. Light, creamy characteristics of butter and toast result in a luxurious feel in the mouth and a pleasant finish.
Cherry-like fruit with raspberry jam, caramel and spice, well structured tannins and a soft structure. The wine is well structured with excellent continuity from start to finish making this Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot a show stopper.
