This soft and subtle wine was its own creation. We harvested our three red varietals at almost the same time, making it possible to create a “blend at fermentation” of Cabernet Sauvignon (34%) Merlot (33%) and Sangiovese (33%). This wine is unique as we have not had the climatic conditions to produce it since 2005.
This vibrant blend fills your mouth with ripe red fruits like bing cherries and freshly picked raspberries. As the wine developes in your mouth, layers of toasted almond, earth and soft spices reveal themselves.
